The expected fulfilment of transport

Orders being fulfiled in 3-5 workdays with cash on delivery.

1.2. Transportation expense

On the area of Budapest the transportation expense is 790-Ft + VAT.

In case of rural order the expense of the transportation is 990-Ft + VAT.

We insure free delivery in case of an order above 10 000 Ft gross

2. GUARANTEE, WARRANTY

2.1. Our company, depending on the type of the product,  undertakes different warranty time according to the currect legislation.

2.2. The web store of www.volmix.hu only sold  faultless, unopened products, so there is no possibility to take back any product which was opened or injured during the transportation.

2.3. Our company only exchange the products which have deficiency of quality which can not be seen.

3. ORDER AND TRANSPORT

3.1. The costmers of www.volmix.hu declare that the regulations of ordering from our web store are accepted and the procedure of the order is known.

3.2. We can accept and register an order in case of the costumer provides the requested infirmation (name, adress). Which is necessary for the COD. Our company does not vouche responsibility for harms deriving from the omission of this, and for technical problems.

4. THE RIGHT OF FOREGOING THE SHOPPING

4.1. The customer authorised to forego the shopping within 24 hours. The customer may  inform the company by e-nail or by phone calling the customer service of Volmix Ltd.  In this case the customer does not have any burden of expense.

4.2. In case of the delivery occurred, but the customer did not receive the cash on delivery packet, the customer carries the cost of posting (the expense of there- and redelivery).  

4.3. The www.volmix.hu web store should repay the full purchase price for the customer in case of returning the product whithout injuries and with complete packaging The expenses of the injury of the packaging must be payed by the customer.

5.6. In case, if the costumer violates the rules of the shopping, the www.volmix.hu a web store may declare his registration and  the shopping. The customer does not have the right to appeal against the decision.
